Eddie's weight has again become a talking point and he may have to move to the Heavy Weight Championship before long.
Eddie weighed in at the opening round of the chanmpionship last week at 81kg, which is one kilogram over the minimum weight for the heavier class. This will cost Eddie lots of time, especially at circuits like Bayford Meadows.
This isn't the first time that Eddie's weight has caused problems. Two years ago when he first entered the series he weighed in 1.5kg too light and had to move to the Light Weight series where he has stayed ever since and has always been one of the heaviest drivers. Now it appears that he may have to move up again.
