Eddie has admitted that he expects a much tougher season now that he is racing in the light weights category.
Speaking exclusively on eddiehall.co.uk, Eddie said
"I am expecting it to be really tough. The minimum weight limit for this category is 72 kg, which I presume those little Italian guys (the two top drivers in the championship) fit quite nicely. I have lost a little bit of weight, but still weigh in over 4 kg heavier".
Eddie impressed many people with his performance on his debut at Buckmore Park but he has also expressed concirns about the upcoming race at Rye House.
"I had already driven many laps at Buckmore and so was familiar with the circuit. I had never driven around Rye House until testing last week so I am expecting that to play a part in the outcome of the race".
Eddie once again showed promise in testing last Sunday.
