Eddie was in action today along with IMSD team-mates Stephen and Seth Deuchar. The trio were taking part in a pre-season test at Rye House prior to the start of the 2007 Premier Championship.
As well as the two IMSD drivers preparing for the move up to the Premier Championship, it was also a chance for the younger Deuchar to get some valuable track time prior to making his debut in the new format Sprint Championship this year, as well as getting first hand experience of being on the same track as the legendary IMSD Racing hotshots.
After suffering a small mechanical failure early in the day, Eddie was on good form and put in some consistent laps.
While the test was primarily to give Seth some track time, the trio also used it for a bit of fun and were mainly seen racing in a group and waving each other through to practice overtaking and general race craft.
Although it was an open test day with a variety of different karts running, Eddie seemed to have the edge in the Club100 kart, mainly in Stadium corner where he did the majority of his overtaking.
