Well I had a phone call this morning saying that my books are ready and a batch will be sent to me tomorrow. I guess that means my book will officially be on sale as of 1st November 2011.
This is all jolly lovely and rather exciting and if it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve got a busy week writing 9 articles for Karting Magazine, 4 articles for Eddsport Magazine seeing the caterers for my wedding, finding alternative musicians for the ceremony because our pianist kindly informed us less than 3 weeks before the wedding that he can’t do it, I’d be even more excited. As it is, I’m wondering if I’m going to have time to do the necessary publicity in the book’s first week in the shops.
It’s not really a problem but seeing as I am officially the UK’s youngest grumpy old man and this is my first book, it’s only appropriate that I rant about it.
