The 2011 premier season ended on a mixed note with Galliard again struggling on Saturday and Eddie being forced to retire from the second sprint final on Sunday with an exhaust failure after Carl Watt drove into the back of him, but scoring a close second place in the first final to secure 5th in the Clubman sprint championship. It was a close run thing with Eddie finishing barely 0.7 seconds behind the winner, geoff Saunderson.
In other news, Galliard officially confirmed its driver line-up for 2012 with Eddie Hall, Trevor Randall and Paul Williams all confirmed for the whole season.
